an ABC method, developed by the creator of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Albert
Ellis. The second part of the show is dedicated to the Fifth Pillar of Well-Being (from his
program Six Pillars of Well-Being), in which he teaches concrete tools of dealing with two
attitudinal challenges: Jealousy and Ingratitude.
